We offer individual yoga therapy session, small therapeutic group classes and workshops for arthritis, joint mobility, back pain, bone health, healthy aging, stress management, balance, and more.

Beverly Davis-Baird, MA, E-RYT200/RYT 500, C-IAYT, owner and founder of Wisdom Tree Yoga, is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and Yoga Alliance.

Bringing over 30 years of yoga experience, Beverly believes that the practice of yoga should bring spaciousness and release from tension, not create it.
